It complements the SIMPLE.ERP system, ensuring the reception of data by the employees themselves on their personal mobile devices such as telephone or tablet.The application allows the employee:• browsing personal data, employment data or payroll data made available by the employer• retrieved data in real time from the HR and payroll database• access to current holiday balances and lodging holiday requests• viewing the register of granted consents and purposes of personal data processing according to the RODO• viewing your own remuneration strips from payrolls• receipt of annual PIT declarationsThe following functions are available for superiors:• viewing the current holiday balances of subordinate employees• viewing the holiday calendar of the subordinate team• accepting, withdrawing or rejecting requests from subordinates
